Ham and Cheese Bagel
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients

bagels, split and toasted
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
mayonnaise
|
|
|
| 4 |
slices |
(6 ounce) deli sliced ham
|
|
|
| 4 |
slices |
cheese - your favorite flavor
|
|
|
| 1 |
|
medium green pepper, thinly sliced
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
|
onion, thinly sliced
|
|
|
Directions:
Spread bottom halves of split and toasted bagels with mayonnaise.
Layer with ham, cheese, green pepper and onion slices and top halves of bagel.
Hot Variation:
Place sandwiches on cookie sheet; cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees F for 11 to 13 minutes or until cheese is melted.
