Cottage Cheese And Cantaloupe Salad

Ingredients

low fat, 1% cottage cheese

raisins
|

walnuts, chopped
|
|
|

medium cantaloupe, quartered and seeded
|

|
| 1/4 |
cup |
low fat granola
|
|
|
| 2 |
|
kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
|
|
|
|
|
Leaf lettuce
|
|
|
Directions:
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, raisins and walnuts; mix well. Spoon into cantaloupe quarters. Sprinkle with granola and top with sliced kiwi. Serve at once on lettuce leaves.
